Produces transfers that flex with the garment instead of cracking or peeling. The cured ink film stretches along with cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. Withstands repeated washing, tumble drying, and daily wear. No stiff hand-feel — the print moves naturally with the fabric.

A: Cracking usually comes from one of three issues: under-cured transfer, too much ink laydown, or ink with a brittle resin. This ink uses a flexible resin formulation that stretches instead of snapping. Combined with correct heat press temperature and time, the transfer moves with the fabric.
A: Under proper curing, expect 50+ wash cycles without significant fading or cracking. The print may soften slightly after the first 5-10 washes as the adhesive settles into the fabric fibers. After that, it stabilizes. Commercial laundering may shorten this to 20-30 cycles depending on detergent and temperature.
A: DTF prints with this ink have a soft, flexible hand-feel — thinner than plastisol screen print, more breathable. The transfer layer is about the thickness of a piece of paper. Customers describe it as "not even feeling like there's a print." This is one of DTF's main advantages over screen printing for soft-hand applications.
A: Yes, within reason. The flexible ink formulation handles moderate stretch in cotton-spandex blends and athletic jerseys. For high-stretch performance fabrics, do a test wash and stretch cycle first. The transfer should flex without cracking when the fabric pulls.
A: Always recommend washing DTF prints inside out. This protects the print from direct agitation, abrasion from zippers and Velcro in the same load, and direct bleach contact. Cold or warm water, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener — it leaves residue on the transfer surface.
