Each color bottle has a matching cap color — red for Magenta, yellow for Yellow, blue for Cyan, black for Black, white for White. Grab the right bottle at a glance, no mislabeling. Threaded HDPE bottles seal tightly against leaks during transport and storage. Resistant to UV ink penetration. Stackable and easy to organize on shelf.
A: It's practical. In a busy print shop where ink bottles sit on shelves and beside the machine, color-coded caps let you identify the right bottle in seconds. Red cap = Magenta, blue cap = Cyan. No squinting at labels under fluorescent light. Reduces the chance of pouring the wrong color into the wrong cartridge.
A: Threaded HDPE bottles with inner foil seal. The cap screws down tight, and the foil seal prevents leakage even when boxes are rotated. We pack each bottle in a plastic bag as a secondary precaution. Customers rarely report leaks, but if one arrives damaged, we replace it.
A: HDPE plastic is recyclable. Many shops clean and reuse bottles for mixing or decanting. The threaded cap design means they seal well for storage. Rinse thoroughly before recycling to avoid ink residue contamination.
A: Flat-bottom HDPE bottles stack stably. The wide base prevents tipping. Most shops store them upright on a shelf with label facing out. Don't stack more than 3-4 high to avoid pressure on the bottom bottles.
A: Generic bottles sometimes use press-on caps that loosen during shipping. These are threaded — you physically screw them closed. The cap has anti-slip ridges for grip when hands are gloved or messy. The label includes storage instructions and safety warnings.
