A: The pigment concentration is tuned for vibrant output without needing multiple passes. Reds come through as true reds, not orange-leaning. Blues stay deep without turning purple. The white underbase provides the opacity that makes colors pop on dark fabrics. Every batch is spectrophotometer-tested for consistency.
A: DTF ink uses CMYK color space, while your monitor displays RGB. Some color shift is normal — especially bright blues and neon tones that fall outside CMYK gamut. Soft proof your design in Photoshop before printing. We can provide color profiles for specific printer/ink combinations on request.
A: UV-cured DTF ink on properly cured transfers retains color through 50+ home wash cycles. Colors may shift slightly after the first wash, then stabilize. Follow recommended curing temperature and pressure. Washing inside out and avoiding bleach extends color life significantly.
A: Standard CMYKW produces a wide but limited gamut. Neon colors require special fluorescent ink cartridges or a separate neon ink set. The standard ink set covers most commercial design needs. For custom color matching, contact us about special order colors.
