For standard chest-sized designs that are smaller than full A3, print times are even shorter. A typical operator can produce 50 to 100+ garments in a standard workday, depending on design size and how efficiently the workflow is organized. Pre-treating garments, loading them on the platen, and unloading after printing take additional time beyond the 3-minute print cycle, but the machine itself is fast enough to keep up with steady small-batch production. For a custom apparel shop, this volume supports meaningful revenue.
