XBH-5065 UV Flatbed Printer - 50x65cm Vacuum Adsorption Table Stable Printing

Brand XBH

XBH-5065 features a 50×65cm printing bed with vacuum adsorption table that holds materials firmly in place. No slipping, no shifting, no curling — materials stay flat and stable throughout the entire print job. Larger bed means more output per pass and bigger single-piece capability.

Q: What are the benefits of a 50×65cm printing bed?

A: The 50 by 65 centimeter bed gives you room to work. You can fit multiple smaller items — phone cases, keychains, pens, nameplates — ganged together in one print pass, which maximizes efficiency. Or you can print larger single pieces like signs, panels, decorative tiles or acrylic displays that wouldn't fit on a smaller machine. The bed size strikes a good balance: big enough for real production work and larger items, but compact enough that the machine doesn't take over your whole workspace. For most small to medium production operations, 50×65cm covers the majority of common job sizes.

Q: How does the vacuum adsorption table hold materials in place?

A: The bed surface has a grid of tiny suction holes connected to a vacuum pump. When you turn on the vacuum, it creates downward suction through those holes that pulls the material flat against the bed and holds it firmly. This works for a wide range of materials — paper, film, acrylic, wood, metal, leather, plastic. As long as the material covers the suction holes adequately, the vacuum holds it. You don't need tape, clamps or adhesives to keep materials in place. Just set the item on the bed, turn on the vacuum, and it's secured.

Q: Why is material holding stability so important for print quality?

A: If a material shifts even slightly during printing, the design will be misaligned — colors won't register properly, text will blur, and the print will look unprofessional. Thin materials like paper or transfer film can also curl upward at the edges, potentially touching the printhead and causing damage or print defects. The vacuum bed eliminates these problems by holding everything flat and secure from start to finish. You get clean, sharp, well-registered prints every time, regardless of whether you're printing on a thick wooden plaque or a thin sheet of film. The vacuum ensures consistent material positioning throughout the entire print pass.

Q: Can I print materials that don't fully cover the vacuum holes?

A: Yes, for smaller items that don't cover the entire bed, you can use masking or cover the unused suction holes to concentrate the vacuum where you need it. Many operators use a simple sheet or tape to cover areas of the bed that aren't being used, which directs all the suction power to the materials that are on the bed. For items with irregular shapes or cutouts, the same technique works — cover the open areas to maintain suction. The vacuum system is flexible enough to handle a wide variety of material sizes and shapes, as long as you manage the suction coverage appropriately. Most operators develop simple workflows for their common materials that make this quick and easy.
