A3 Size Dtf Heat Transfer Printer Install xp600 Printhead

The DTF process is suitable for T-shirts, hats, masks, bags, umbrellas and hard surfaces, including flat and curved surfaces. It adapts to curved 3D surfaces in a way that is not possible directly to garment inkjet printers.

The DTF process starts with the printing of the film, and after printing, the rubber powder is applied to the wet ink. After the powder is applied, it is melted and the ink is dried, and then finally transferred to the cloth by a heat transfer machine, similar to dye sublimation.

Direct To Film printing has gained a ton of traction and is quickly becoming one of the go-to printing methods in the garment decoration industry.
