One Transfer Machine, Six Surfaces — Metal, Wood, Glass, Plastic, Ceramic, Acrylic All Work
Brand XBH
Product origin CHINA
Print one roll of transfers and apply them to metal tins, wooden boxes, glass jars, plastic containers, ceramic mugs, acrylic signs — same film, same ink, same process. No need for a different printer for each material type. UV DTF works on any smooth hard surface because the transfer film bonds independently of the substrate. This means you can offer your customers a wider product range without buying more equipment. A bakery wants branded cookie tins and jam jars? Both work. A realtor wants branded wooden key boxes and acrylic desk signs? Both work.

Q: What surfaces does this actually work on?
A: Metal, wood (sealed), glass, plastic, ceramic, acrylic. Hard and smooth = yes. Fabric, foam, heavily textured = no.
Q: A bakery wants branded tins AND jam jars — two machines?
: No. One film roll, one ink set — apply to both metal and glass. Same process. Become their one-stop branding shop.
Q: Does the transfer look the same on dark wood as on glass?
A: White ink layer behind the color. Red on dark wood = same red on white plastic. You control opacity, not at the mercy of substrate.
Q: Curved surfaces like mugs — does it wrinkle?
A: Moderate curves are fine — apply slowly from center out. Spheres and heavily textured surfaces don't work. Test with a small transfer first.
