The transfer powder shaker uses a platform suction pump to bring the printed transfer film into the equipment, and uses harmonic vibration to evenly spread hot melt adhesive powder onto the printed pattern. Then, a powder shaker taps the back of the transfer film to shake off excess powder and avoid waste. Finally, the film is cured in the drying channel. The entire process is automated, requiring no manual intervention. This not only significantly saves labor costs but also ensures even powder application, improves transfer adhesion, and makes the printed pattern less prone to peeling, washable, and abrasion-resistant, solving many drawbacks of traditional manual powder application.
