                       The equipment adopts an integrated, fully automated design, integrating three core modules: automatic powder dispensing, intelligent drying, and precise transfer printing. The entire process is "one-click start and automatic completion," completely overcoming the pain points of traditional DTF printing, which involves multiple steps and significant manual intervention in the "print-powder dispensing-drying-transfer" process. The automatic powder dispensing module intelligently adjusts the powder amount according to the thickness and area of the printed pattern, ensuring even application of heat transfer powder and preventing powder leakage and accumulation, thus reducing powder waste. The intelligent drying module uses constant temperature control technology, allowing for precise adjustment of the drying temperature between 60-120℃ to suit the drying needs of different fabrics, quickly curing the powder and ensuring stable transfer results.                        The equipment comes standard with a CMYK + white five-color pigment ink configuration, using high-purity environmentally friendly pigment inks that are odorless, free of harmful substances, and meet national textile environmental protection standards. It can be directly used for printing on intimate apparel, ensuring safety and non-irritation. This ink boasts exceptional color performance with a wide color gamut, accurately reproducing every color in the design pattern.                          The equipment is equipped with advanced industrial-grade printheads (such as the Epson I3200-A1 printhead), offering fast printing speeds and high stability. In standard mode, the throughput reaches 12-15 square meters per hour, while in high-speed mode it can increase to 18 square meters per hour, easily handling daily batch production needs, significantly shortening production cycles, helping companies deliver orders quickly, and improving customer satisfaction. It also features an automatic ink circulation system that circulates ink in real time, effectively preventing ink sedimentation and printhead clogging, ensuring the stability of long-term continuous operation, and reducing printhead wear. The machine body is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and not easily deformed, extending the equipment's service life. A built-in intelligent fault alarm system promptly issues alarms and displays the cause of the fault when problems such as insufficient ink, printhead clogging, or abnormal temperature occur, facilitating quick troubleshooting and resolution by operators, reducing downtime, and lowering equipment maintenance and wear costs.
