DTF printing is a new technology created for high-quality textile printing. Printing the design directly on the film, and then using heat to transfer it to the garment, directly printing on the fabric, for fashion and decoration applications.

Printer Feature
1. DTF is a revolutionary new printing technique that's more affordable and accessible compared to DTG, screen printing, sublimation or laser white toner transfers.
2. DTF required a modified printer, Special DTF ink ,Special DTF powder and DTF transfer film.
3. With DTF you can transfer to 100% cotton shirts without pretreatment, saving a lot of money and time. DTF uses a lot less ink than DTG. DTF is washable unlike unrasterized laser toner transfers and it feels a lot better to the touch.
The DTF Printer produces brilliant digital transfer sheets, handling everything from single color shirt labels, left chest logos through to full-size jacket back custom prints.
The DTF printer uses PET transfer film which is translucent so you can see the design underneath the film when you later heat-press it onto the garment. The PET film has a thickness of around 0.75mm which allows for better transfer characteristics.

These new transfer technologies use a new kind of powder glue and released film. When finish printing and the ink is still wet, here we dusting the powder, it will melt well with the film, and then use the heat press machine transfer on the fabric.
